1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available for coupon purchases and book unlocks only under specific conditions.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Once a coupon is used to unlock a book, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
• Author earnings and payouts are final and are not eligible for refunds.

2. Valid Reasons for Refunds

A refund may be issued if:

• A technical issue prevents access to a purchased book.
• A coupon-based purchase does not reflect in the user’s account.
• A duplicate transaction occurs due to a payment error.
• An unauthorized transaction is reported within 48 hours of occurrence.

Non-Refundable Cases:
🚫 Change of mind after purchase.
🚫 Accidental purchase made by the user.
🚫 Used coupons or already accessed books.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide the following details:

• Your BookLore account email
• Transaction ID from your purchase receipt
• Issue details and supporting screenshots (if applicable)
  3️⃣ Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

4. Refund Processing Time

• If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• It may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
